My approach

I have worked across enterprise, government, essential services, and smaller organisations. That range has taught me that good technology leadership is rarely about choosing the newest tool. It is about understanding the operating context, making sound trade-offs, and leaving the service easier to run than it was before.

I combine hands-on technical credibility with leadership across stakeholders, vendors, incidents, programmes, and support teams. I am comfortable moving between roadmap decisions and detailed delivery when that helps the team make progress.

• Turning transformation projects into stable, measurable operational services.
• Clarifying ownership, governance, support processes, and technical direction.
• Coordinating complex delivery across engineering, service, security, and business teams.
• Mentoring engineers and building confidence through clear expectations and practical support.

What I am looking for

I am open to senior leadership or lead roles across Modern Workplace, infrastructure, cloud platforms, technology operations, and service delivery. I am primarily interested in permanent positions and contracts, and I remain open to other arrangements where the work is a strong fit.

I am based in Auckland for roles requiring office presence and am also open to hybrid and remote opportunities.
